The Anonian

Every man should always be networking, no matter his location or mood. He should strive to conjure an arsenal of skillful men to call upon when necessary. This network will prove useful when outsourcing work, forging business partnerships, and learning new skills.

No man should fear asking another in his network for help. He should appreciate and utilize the resources at his disposal. He should also understand that he is just as much a resource to them as they are to him. When called upon, he must rise to the occasion, just as he expects them to.

To build your network, strike up a conversation with two random people a day. Be sure not to approach them with a “How useful are you to me?” mindset. Instead, focus on making a new friend. Their usefulness will present itself down the road.
