One thing is apparently obvious: Desire is key.

Every successful man has followed his own path to get to where is. Each path has varied wildly from every other path, each filled with their own unique hardships and obstacles. Some paths share some similar qualities; some remain distinct from others. But, there is one thing they all have in common: that burning desire

Each man brought about prosperity by following the fire in his heart, overcoming all doubts and all shortcomings. At times, he may have even ignored reality in exchange for continued aspiration. As a reward for his disbelief, he may have even changed reality. He allowed his passions to consume him.

Your success depends on whether or not you light that fire in your heart. It depends on whether or not you light that fire in your heart and let it burn over into your hopes and dreams. Let that fire create that burning desire. And then follow it.
