A true friend informs you that your singing voice is subpar. He will let you know the guy you hate is not really that bad. He will tell you when he disagrees. A true friend always releases the truth.

Friends like that are rare, and most people do not have them. A majority of people quietly agree with what another says or expresses how awesome he did on his latest performance.

Be wary of praise from friends; take everything they say with a grain of salt.
