I have decided to be more prolific. Rather than spend countless hours perfecting each and every little thing I do, I will come to terms with the fact that nothing is ever without flaws. I vow to produce more. Lots more.
Johann Sebastian Bach composed over 1000 songs, yet is only known for few. Seth Godin, a legend in the blogging world, writes about two to three posts a day. He claims that more than half of these are mediocre. Both of these examples are stolen form Vincent Carlos’ article and perfectly demonstrate the point I am making: To land yourself as one of the greats, your work must be fruitful and plentiful.
Do keep in mind that quantity does not take precedence over quality; they both play an equal role in success. Attempt to make everything you do your best work, but learn when to call it good enough and move on to the next thing.
